Now that the spring is upon us, what are the activities that make us feel good? Taking a long bike ride on a warm spring afternoon with friends is an activity that may appeal to you. Or maybe sitting at your local outdoor cafe and people watching is more appealing. Whatever is more your cup of tea, the time to involve yourself in the outdoor happenings is now.
Just the other day I took my dog for a run around town, and just that simple run turned my day around. Even though the skys were gloomy and it was spitting with rain, the exercise and fresh air lightened my mood and refreshed my mind. What are the things that have similar effects for you?
